Christmas is right around the corner. This is the year you should can have all of your Christmas To Do’s organized (with Smart To-Do List of course). Having a to do list will help reduce some of the stresses you encounter over the holiday season. The more you have everything planned out, the better prepared you will be if something unexpected occurs.
One way to use Smart To-Do List for Christmas is to a have a Gift Ideas project:
You could use this project to keep track of all of your gift ideas. Simply tag each idea with the name of the person that will be receiving the gift. You could then easily filter your list by one of the names used as a tag:

Hello, just wanted to let you know that Smart To-Do List version 1.4 is now available for download. This version includes some minor bug fixes as well as a couple new features. Your to do lists are now autosaved periodically instead of only on exit. One other new feature is a quick entry box:
This quick entry box allows you to add multiple tasks quickly. This is especially useful if you would like to copy and paste a list that you received in an email or a list from a website.
You can access the Quick Task Entry window from the Tools menu or by typing q in the To-Do / Command box and pressing enter.
Don’t forget that Thanksgiving is right around the corner, if you need help creating that Thanksgiving To Do List. There are also some Christmas To Do List templates available as well.

The latest version of Smart To-Do List has been posted to the server. If you’ve previously purchased Smart To-Do List you will be getting an email detailing where to download the latest version. This version adds the following functionality:

Just a quick post to let you know that Smart To-Do List will soon be able to track due dates for each task (optionally). This should be available within the next 2 weeks. I’m working on integration with an existing online to-do list application as well. Stay tuned.

The latest version of Smart To-Do List has been completed with the following updates:
- On startup the software displays all project to-do list items.
- New keyword commands:
- prj: displays all projects and their tasks.
- prj-h: shows high priority items for all projects.
- prj-m: shows medium priority items for all projects.
- prj-l: shows low priority items for all projects.
- Added Mouse-Wheel scroll support.
- Clicking on a specific project name when viewing all projects and their tasks will load that project by itself.
- Various bug fixes.
FYI, the introductory pricing of $14.95 will be ending soon, some major upgrades are on the way!
