4 Links to Improve Your Productivity

by Scott on February 8, 2009

1.) Two Attention-Focusing Apps Kill Distractions Dead

Mike Elgan of the Computer World Blog reviews two productive applications:

  • q10 - A Windows based application that blocks every other application, so you can focus on your writing.
  • NowDoThis - A web service that allows you to create a daily to-do list.

2.) 100 Blogs that Will Save You Time & Make You More Productive

Alisa Miller has a great write-up of (you guessed it) 100 blogs that deal with GTD, lifehacking, and productivity.

3.) How to Get Things Done with Twitter

Leo Babauta of Zen Habits has written up a great post on how to use Twitter to be more productive.  Strange, every time I get on Twitter I end up wasting a lot of time :)

4.) What My Cat Taught Me About Productivity

Jay Frawley wrote up this post that describes his method for completing and organizing a to-do list.

I increased my productivity by not clicking on any of the links.

Seriously, how are you ever going to get anything done if you read 100 blogs about productivity?

Thanks Andy for stopping by. I guess everyone gets productive in their own way. The link with 100 productivity blogs probably took quite a bit of work to put together and deserves some recognition.
Another example could be any of the AllTop.com sites (like http://gtd.alltop.com/) which have many, many links and scanning the headlines can provide quite a bit of inspiration.

As we all know, time is money! The more we can do in the least amount of time is worth more than you could calculate.

Thanks for highlighting these articles.
